PANDORA WAS FOUNDED in 1982, and Pandora Masonville opened in 2011. Today, there are Pandora stores in over 100 countries across six continents. Our target customer is anyone who is interested in jewelry and has a passion for fashion.

OUR PAYMENT PROCESSING technology is very important to us. Our primary focus is customer service, and at the end of the day we shouldn’t be worrying about our payment technology. Our biggest challenge with our previous payment solutions provider was unreliability. We would have connection issues and service issues, and we would spend a lot of time trying to fix these problems. When we realized our focus was shifting from the customer to dealing with our payment technology, we knew it was time for a better provider.

WE WERE FIRST introduced to Zomaron through a charity golf event. We set up an appointment to meet, and the sales representative was punctual, extremely personable and professional, and did a great job of addressing our questions and concerns. ZOMARON HAS PLAYED a big role in helping us reach our goals in terms of both efficiency and security. We had security issues with our previous provider, and they weren’t helpful at finding us a solution. Zomaron has been great with helping us through our PCI [Payment Card Industry] compliance, and they’ve been very helpful with chargebacks and keeping customer security top of mind. When situations have called for technical support, Zomaron has handled it immediately.

DEPENDING ON THE season, our staff size varies from 12 to 25 employees. Zomaron has equipped us with both countertop and wireless terminals, and the added flexibility that provides has been fantastic. If we have a customer with particular needs or mobility concerns, or there are large groups of customers in the store, having the ability to take the wireless device to the customer improves our service dramatically. It allows us to cater to the customer directly as opposed to having them move to a designated area.
