Big Blue Bubble wins coveted Webby

Big Blue Bubble’s hit mobile game My Singing Monsters wins Best Music/Sound Design at the 24th annual Webby Awards

LONDON-BASED DIGITAL gaming studio Big Blue Bubble has announced that its hit mobile game My Singing Monsters has been named the People’s Voice Winner for Best Music/Sound Design (Games) at the 24th Annual Webby Awards, this year dubbed WFH: Webbys From Home.

Presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) and considered the world’s leading digital awards program, Webby Award winners are annually selected by a panel of global digital industry experts.

My Singing Monsters is a free-to-play mobile game that inspires players to express their creativity through music. The game features hundreds of quirky, cute and kooky Singing Monsters to collect, each with their own unique sound to add to your Monster orchestra, and dozens of vibrant worlds to explore. With over 80 million players worldwide and more than seven years of chart-topping success, My Singing Monsters has grown into an award-winning franchise beloved by fans around the world.

My Singing Monsters was honoured at a star-studded WFH: Webbys From Home Internet Celebration broadcast yesterday, and winners had the opportunity to deliver The Webby Awards’ hallmark five-word speech during the first-of-its-kind celebration. In addition to recognizing this year’s best digital projects, the award celebration also honoured the artists, leaders, organizers and journalists have used the Internet to help others during the Covid-19 pandemic.
