Rising to meet the need

Local tech company Apex Display Media partners with Canadian leader in medical sterilization to offer new health and safety products during Covid-19

LONDON-BASED DIGITAL SIGNAGE provider Apex Display Media recently unveiled the addition of a Health & Safety division to their business, aimed at providing specialized health and safety equipment for businesses and clients.

Strategically aligning with Alliance Financing Group Ltd. and SteriPro Canada, a leader in the Canadian medical sterilization industry, Apex is now offering a host of health and safety products enabling companies to operate safely during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. These include thermal face recognition kiosks designed to help individuals diagnose rises in body temperature without handling a thermometer and touchless hand sanitizer dispensing stations. Apex will also now be a large distributor of PPE (personal protective equipment) such as facemasks, gloves, gowns and shields as well as hand sanitizer in Ontario and across Canada.

“We are constantly listening to the needs of our clients and future clients and have made this fundamental shift in our business to fulfill those needs along with doing our part to make Ontario and Canada safer” ―Kris Dinel

Apex had already seen tremendous success in their first year of business, bringing innovative display technologies to a number of London-based clients, including Budweiser Gardens among other well known brands. When the company made the decision to expand into health and safety solutions with specialized kiosks, clients began asking if more products could be supplied. Apex then responded with touchless handheld thermometers and plexiglass dividers for all types of industry.

“We are constantly listening to the needs of our clients and future clients and have made this fundamental shift in our business to fulfill those needs along with doing our part to make Ontario and Canada safer,” said Kris Dinel, owner of Apex.

The announcement of Apex’s expanded service and product offering comes only days after the provincial government unveiled reopening framework, which highlighted the importance of businesses using extra health and safety measures in the workplace once they are permitted to return to full-operation. Many Ontarian’s are enthusiastic about the prospect of returning to some form of normalcy in the future, and business owners have begun planning for the specific steps they will need to take to ensure a safe and compliant workplace for their employees. Apex is hoping this expansion will allow businesses in London and beyond to access effective, innovative and affordable technology and health and safety products that will offer just that.

Rising to meet the need Focus

“One of our strengths is our factory direct relationship with the manufacturer, similar to that of the big brands without having the overhead or high marketing costs that allow us to have incredibly competitive pricing in the marketplace,” said Dinel. “We are looking forward to helping many organizations and businesses adapt to the evolving challenges where our solutions will help to prevent the spread of viruses and maintain the priority of health and safety in many public spaces and work environments.”

Strategically positioned in the marketplace as an end-to-end solution provider, Apex Display Media markets and sells the hardware, software, installation and content management of digital displays, supported by leading-edge service and a work product warranty. Apex is all things digital ― outdoor LED signs, indoor screens, interactive kiosks, unique digital products for specific industries and more.
