THE SELLER’S MARKET continues unabated. The laws of supply and demand are driving our market. Pandemic-fueled relocations for people wanting out of the city, into the city, out of their condo, out of their rental, an improved yard, a smaller yard… you get the idea. 

We are all being forced to re-evaluate our choices, the way we live, the environment we feel comfortable in. Nationally, Canada will become a haven for those seeking safety and security. Locally, we’re seeing people flee the big cities where density makes them feel more vulnerable.
