JULY REAL ESTATE volume broke records across the country. August sales continued that trend. If you’re a property owner, you are enjoying the 20 per cent spike in average price gains in a year, but likely wonder, ‘When will it end?’ 

For context, consider our neighbour to the east, the Kitchener-Waterloo region. They’ve experienced price gains year-over-year of about 24 per cent and the average home price is approximately $150,000 higher than the London region.
