TechAlliance appoints Keith Murray as chair of its board of directors

TECHALLIANCE HAS ANNOUNCED the appointment of Keith Murray as the chair of its board of directors, effective September 15, 2020.

As Autodata Solutions’ former chief operating officer, Murray was instrumental to architecting and executing towards the organization’s growth on the global stage. From overseeing the delivery of technology, solutions and content to driving profitability and maintaining an unmatched business culture, he will lend his considerable leadership and operations experience as a consultant.

“Working with emerging entrepreneurs, high-potential startups and curious industry professionals has been a highlight of my career and my role on the board of directors,” says Murray. “I look forward to further championing and advocating for our region and supporting our leadership and stakeholders as we continue to cultivate a culture of innovation here in Southwestern Ontario.”

Welcoming this transition, outgoing board chair, Voice.com CEO David Ciccarelli is hopeful about what the future holds for TechAlliance and the region.

“At the onset of my term as board chair, I recognized that TechAlliance was on the cusp of a new era. Nothing could have prepared me for the incredible accomplishments that would follow,” he reflects. “Over the past year, the board has realized everything we set out to do, searching for and finding an inspiring CEO that would guide the organization to new heights, relocating to an accessible and engaging downtown location for technology founders and industry to converge, and expanding our board of directors to be more representative of our region’s diverse strengths.”
