AUTUMN WEATHER HAS arrived, and the leaves are starting to fall. The second wave of Covid-19 is upon us. Pandemic life will continue for what appears to be another year, and likely longer.

Consequently, interest rates will remain very low for years. Real estate remains one of the only investments providing a strong return in this low interest rate world ― this is one of the reasons the housing market is so robust. 

Sales, listings, development, building ― all are booming with upward pricing pressure. We have yet to see or feel a pullback from any sector.
