THE RECORDS KEEP falling. November sales were unprecedented. Prices were up almost 29 per cent year over year, with the average home price in the region hitting $536,178. 

Seasonality is virtually non-existent, aside from further reducing the supply of listings in the market. As we approach year end, demand has not let go since this pandemic boom started in May.

Talk of a vaccine is increasing confidence that 2021 will normalize, further fueling economic recovery ― and possibly giving even more life to this bull real estate market.
