We’re deep in the third wave of Covid, with more restrictions coming from the provincial government. The effect on our real estate market from this pandemic has been profound. The fear of infection has kept many people on the sidelines, not wanting to list their properties in this dangerous environment. 

We will spend the rest of this year working the vaccine program to try and give breathing room to our lives and our economy, but it will likely take until the end of the year before we understand what comes next.
