THERE ARE BUYERS for every type of property today, in any condition, in any location. Listings simply don’t last on the market as this imbalance between the number of listings and the much larger number of buyers persists.

That being said, the biggest premiums are being secured by sellers marketing completely renovated and finished properties.

Perhaps it’s the scarcity of materials, contractors and service providers that make buyers prefer houses where all the “projects” are done. Perhaps it’s the impatience of not wanting to wait or the need for instant gratification, but buyers definitely will pay a huge premium for a completed property.
