Caring Support was founded in early 2020 by Joseph Jongsma as an intuitive and responsive job-matching platform aimed at streamlining the hiring process for healthcare employers and healthcare professionals alike. The platform features a number of unique features, including video resumes, in-app instant messaging and in-depth searching and filtering capabilities.

In addition to CEO Jongsma, the Caring Support executive team is anchored by COO Robert Lake, and CFO Larry Chevalier.

According to the company, the implementation of the new advisory board will bring a diverse set of skills and expertise to the platform as it expands is market presence and continues to explore investment and partnership alliances to help it expand its vision of healthcare recruitment.

“Since day one, we have been working to revolutionize the healthcare industry in North America by bringing healthcare employers together with healthcare workers and creating productive connections,” says Jongsma. “That was our vision when we first designed our job-matching platform, and it is what keeps us focused on serving as a central resource for workers and organizations to accelerate and simplify the hiring process while saving both time and money.”
