Growing and expanding her firm to three London locations (supplemented by home visits for individuals who are unable to reach an office), Bentley attributes her success to a philosophy of tailored care.

No two people are alike, and people with the same hearing loss can have different communication needs. We take the time to find out what is important to each person and to make sure that the solution fits their needs and budget.”
