A newcomer to entrepreneurship, Lindsay McDermott is a dynamic fundraising professional who was inspired to launch McDermott Group Consulting by friends and colleagues who had taken the leap into the consulting space. “I had sector peers reaching out requesting my expertise — this was the lightbulb moment that really propelled things forward,” she explains.
