AS A LEADER at Artcal, a family-run, second-generation printing company, Becky Myers has helped transform the business into a one-stop shop for just about any printing need. From vehicle wraps and signage to business cards and brochures, the firm delivers complete branding solutions to help clients stand out and grow.

“We’ve built processes that allow us to scale without sacrificing quality, and we invest in our people so they feel empowered and accountable in their roles,” Myers explains. “Ultimately, our approach is simple: stay adaptable, keep improving and never lose sight of the relationships that built our business in the first place.”
As the business has matured, so too has her vision of success. “Today, success is about sustainability and balance,” Myers says. “It’s about building a business that runs well because of strong systems and a capable team — not because I’m involved in every detail.”
