WENDY LAU IS the CEO of LEADS Employment Services, where she leads a non-profit dedicated to delivering skills training and employment support for individuals with disabilities and barriers across Southwestern Ontario. Her work is grounded in a long-held belief that talent exists in everyone — and that, with the right opportunities, people can thrive in ways that strengthen both workplaces and communities.

“Disabilities do not define limitations; they highlight different ways of thinking, creating and achieving,” she stresses. “I am dedicated to fostering inclusive environments where each person is empowered to grow, contribute and reach their full potential.”

Throughout her career, Lau has always met adversity with resilience, transforming challenges into motivation.
