RECOGNIZED AS LONDON’S best hearing centre for 14 consecutive years, owner Barbara Bentley has set the direction for Bentley Hearing Services since 2006, rooted by a steadfast commitment to provide the very best hearing care for all her patients.

“I truly believe that communication is the cornerstone that allows people to stay connected with their friends and family,” Bentley says. “It is such a rewarding experience when we can impact people’s lives for the better.”

Growing and expanding her firm to three London locations (supplemented by home visits for individuals who are unable to reach an office), Bentley attributes her success to a philosophy of tailored care.

“We are unique in that all care from start to finish is the responsibility of your personal audiologist,” she explains. “Each person receives individual attention. No two people are alike, and people with the same hearing loss can have different communication needs. We take the time to find out what is important to each person and to make sure that the solution fits their needs and budget.”
