AS A REAL estate professional, Bonnie Baker Hodgins guides buyers and sellers across London and surrounding communities, handling everything from first homes to luxury and rural properties. Her role blends strategy, negotiation, problem-solving — and a good dose of active empathy.

“I’m part strategist, part negotiator, part problem-solver, and sometimes a bit of a therapist,” she says. “I’m hands-on, honest and fully invested in getting my clients the best outcome.”

“At the beginning, success was numbers — deals, volume, growth. And those things still matter. But now? Success is the quality of my relationships, the trust my clients have in me, the respect of my fellow agents and the life I’ve built along the way. That means more than any stat sheet”

Her journey began with the purchase of her first condo in Toronto. Inspired by her agent’s integrity and passion, she left a career in interior design, earned her license and dove in headfirst. “I didn’t have the perfect plan — just a lot of drive and a willingness to learn,” she says.

Navigating today’s fluctuating market means managing both emotions and expectations. “People are making big financial and personal decisions. I handle that by being honest, even when it’s not the easy conversation.”
