AT HANGAR9, THE women on the floor are not salespeople — they are stylists. Their approach is thoughtful, intentional and deeply personal, rooted in the belief that building a wardrobe is much like designing a home: without a plan, you end up with a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear.

‘When a wardrobe works, women come alive and the value speaks for itself’

Every client experience begins with a conversation. By understanding lifestyle, needs and how a woman wants to feel, the team creates wardrobes that work — effortlessly and confidently. Trained in colour analysis and style personality, they guide clients toward pieces that truly reflect who they are.

“We care how you look — and we really do,” says Emily Ferguson, who has grown up in the business alongside her mother, Lisa. Today, she plays a key role in both buying and marketing, helping shape the Hangar9 vision. Silas Benjamin brings a modern edge, balancing styling with a strong influence on social media and digital campaigns. Anne Thomson, a 22-year veteran, offers deep expertise in wardrobe planning, having seen firsthand how transformative the process can be.

Together, they believe in a proven formula — one that simplifies dressing and builds confidence. From young professionals preparing for their first interview to busy women navigating everyday life, the impact is the same. When a wardrobe works, women come alive and the value speaks for itself.
