Meet the 2026 Best HVAC Contractor: Donaldson Home Services

JAMIE AND ANNA Donaldson started Donaldson Home Services in 2013 from humble beginnings — running the business out of their home. Jamie worked out in his shed and did metal work on a picnic table in the backyard, while Anna handled the admin. Today, Donaldson has grown into London’s largest family-owned and operated HVAC and home services provider, proudly headquartered in a 9,000-square-foot facility on Bessemer Road.

But while the business has grown, one thing hasn’t changed: Donaldson’s connection to the London community. From the start, its mission has been to serve its neighbours with integrity, trust and outstanding workmanship.
