In 2014, Kathy Amess founded BLUE Forest Realty Inc. based on a simple premise: to create a great place for realtors to work together. “I had been selling real estate for 22 years and needed a change,” she recalls. “I was selling 100-plus homes a year but would look through the help-wanted ads for something different to do. Seems crazy, but it’s 100 per cent true. So, I set out create an environment more inline with how I felt a people-oriented business should operate.”

Today, BLUE Forest is a thriving full-service residential and commercial brokerage that delivers just that for dozens and dozens of real estate professionals — an environment providing all the tools needed to succeed, but more importantly one that affords a sense of belonging, care and support.
