A SNAPSHOT OF the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors’ year-over-year home resale prices for the month of June is below. Compared to June 2019, house prices in London have increased by 19.3 per cent.
We have been saying it for weeks and we will continue to say it: There is way more purchasing demand than supply of homes for sale in the London region. It’s a great time to own; it’s a tough time to be buying. Every month you wait to get into the market costs you money.
