According to the firm, in addition to a continued focus on business growth, Northern is committed to directing resources to grow “from a maturity perspective”. To that end, it is incorporating additional opportunities for growth and development for its team members, has formed a diversity, equity and inclusion committee and has invested in numerous external consultants to aid in initiatives to ensure it continues providing additional support and perspective outside of its own.

“We are committed to raising awareness and supporting LGBT-plus initiatives,” says DeLorenzi. “We will continue to focus on developing innovative digital solutions with diversity, equity, and inclusion at the center of everything we do.”
