LSTAR announces 2022 president

The London St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR) has announced the appointment of Randy Pawlowski as its 2022 president

THE BOARD OF directors of the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR) has announced that London-based real estate broker Randy Pawlowski will serve as its president in 2022.

A broker with Sutton Group Pawlowski & Company Real Estate Brokerage Inc., which is headquartered at 250 Wharncliffe Road North, Pawlowski has been a realtor with LSTAR since 1996 and joined its board of directors in 2015.

“Despite the challenges Covic-19 has brought over the past two years, the business of real estate has remained strong and is an essential component in the economic vitality of our community,” Pawloski says in a released statement from LSTAR.

“Serving in various capacities on our board over the years has given me a greater appreciation of organized real estate and the importance of its role in our community,” he continues. “As president, I look forward to collaborative efforts in addressing the challenges we face as we explore creative solutions to increase opportunities for home ownership.”

Pawlowski, who serves on LSTAR’s executive, finance, governance and political affairs committees and previously served as chair of its arbitration and audit committees, takes over from 2021 president, Jack Lane.

Joining Pawlowski on the 2022 LSTAR board are: past-president Lane; president-elect Adam Miller; vice-president Kathy Amess; commercial director Lisa Lansink; and directors Joan Ball, Dale Marsh, Christy Ruth, Robin Tiller and Richard Thyssen. LSTAR announces 2022 president LSTAR Appointments
