Nominate a deserving candidate for the 2025 20 Under 40 Program!

SINCE 2013, LONDON’S 20 Under 40 program has celebrated younger Londoners who are moving the city forward. Our past 20 Under 40 recipients are building companies that provide careers, doing research that improve and lengthen lives, creating new products and technologies and pushing for sustainable practices that benefit both people and businesses.

To nominate someone for the 2025 20 Under 40 Program, you simply require your nominee’s name, title, phone and email. London Inc. then contacts the nominee and supplies them with a comprehensive nominee submission package, which must be completed by the nominee in order to accept and finalize the nomination. Self-nominations are encouraged!

Please note: We do not reveal the source of the nomination to the nominee, but please feel free to let your nominee(s) know you’re a fan and have nominated them! Also, 20 Under 40 is not a popularity contest. Only one nomination per individual is required.

Before submitting a nomination for the 2025 20 Under 40 Program, please ensure the nominee meets the following criteria: 

• Nominees must be 39 years or younger on December 31, 2025;
• Nominees must spend the majority of their work time in London;
• Nominees must be an owner, executive, manager, professional or person with significant business decision-making authority;
• Nominees can work in the private sector or for a public or non-profit organization. In either case, nominees will be assessed on demonstrated business-related achievements that advance the goals and objectives of their organization or their personal enterprise.

Being named a recipient of a 20 Under 40 brings great benefits and also carries some obligations. Among the benefits:

• Recipients will be widely recognized as an exceptional leader through published profiles in London Inc., social media channels, email newsletters and advertising;
• Recipients will be celebrated at a Cocktail Gala along with fellow recipients and hundreds of community leaders in early 2026;
• Recipients will be invited to attend private, invitation-only networking events to foster a strong bond between 20 Under 40 alumni.

Many past recipients of 20 Under 40 tell us the award has changed the trajectory of their careers and lives.

Being named a 20 Under 40 recipient also carries some obligations, including these: 

• An obligation to participate in London Inc.’s editorial processes, including an editorial interview and photo shoot.
• An obligation to attend the 2025 20 Under 40 Awards Cocktail Gala.
• An obligation to stay connected to fellow recipients and promote the awards program in its continuing effort to recognize business excellence, expertise and value of giving back to the community.

The nominations deadline is midnight on November 14, 2025. The deadline for nominees to submit their nominee form is November 21, 2025.
