Opened in 2024 by co-founders Renee Kaplansky and Theo Agathos, the shop was built on a vision of creating a welcoming neighbourhood gathering place where every customer feels like a regular.

Drawing on deep family roots in London’s dining and small business community, the duo has created a menu centred on quality, with fresh bread baked daily, house-made sauces and thoughtfully crafted hot and cold sandwiches featuring premium ingredients.
