Founded by chef-owners Gerry Rozo and Shayna Landry Rozo and under the operational direction of chef Cecilia Sinopoli, Grill23 has built its reputation by preparing every meat, salsa and sauce in-house using traditional techniques and the freshest ingredients.

As Grill23 celebrates this milestone, it is also celebrating an exciting new chapter. On October 1, Shay’s Sandwich Co. opened beside Grill23 in the Talbot Centre, bringing the same passion for quality and hospitality to handcrafted sandwiches destined to become one of London’s favourite lunch spots.
