Carfax Canada announces completion of new offices at 100 Kellogg; employees to move in once pandemic concerns ease

CARFAX CANADA HAS announced the completion of their new state-of-the-art offices at 100 Kellogg lane.

The two-floor, 48,555-square-foot space will house the firm’s team of 230-plus employees once pandemic health concerns ease.  

The tech-info company, which provides detailed histories about used vehicles, started life as Carproof in the early 2000s. In 2015, it was sold to its American competitor, Carfax, and was rebranded as Carfax Canada in 2018.

The Carfax teams in London support operations in both the Canadian and U.S. markets.

Highlights of the new space include:

• Sit/stand capability and privacy/flexibility elements at every desk
• State-of-the-art AV and technology throughout
• Natural lighting via large windows and glass walls
• Green “living walls” to help air stay fresh
• Almost every white wall is a whiteboard
• 17 one- to two-people focus rooms named for London with names like “Dufferin”, “OEV” and “Thames”
• 11 small-meeting rooms paying homage to Kellogg’s with names like “Corn Flakes” and “Froot Loops”
• 12 conference rooms that feature privacy elements and increased AV capabilities
• Four open organic collaborations zones with couches and tables
• Three wellness rooms for rest, prayer, first aid, etc.
• One large classroom that can break out into 3 sections named “Snap”, “Crackle” and “Pop”
• Kitchen and work café with booths
• Product demo space
• Fun zone and games centre
